F&B
EVALUATION

Review and recommend F&B concepts based on positioning of the hotel.
For outsourced F&B: shortlist operators, present the asset and the owner’s vision, seek proposals and negotiate lease.
For Owner operations: Development of business plan, assistance and advice for interior design and branding, assistance on head chef interviews, menu cost optimisation and advice on the procurement process.

HOTEL REFURBISHMENT

We work closely with the operator, designer, contractors and manufacturers to deliver value for money improvements.

Our services include:

Guiding and shaping refurbishment plan and budget.
Conducting negotiations with interior designer and contractors.
Managing the interface with the operator.
Supporting the procurement process.
Facilitating a smooth handover from contractor to the operator/management.
